Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead a sales team in the Mandalay Region, ensuring revenue growth and strong customer relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on coaching staff, handling key client inquiries, and supporting the company’s regional expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and monitor daily sales activities to meet revenue and acquisition targets.
• Prepare and analyse sales reports, track market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline sales operations and support the team.
• Organise training sessions and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
• Proven team‑management and training experience in retail, distribution or similar sectors.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Organisational talent with attention to detail and the capacity to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic office software such as spreadsheets and presentation tools.
