About the role
The Sales Support Officer will ensure timely processing of sales orders, accurate invoicing, and effective coordination with relevant departments to deliver orders correctly.
Key responsibilities
- Submit daily sales orders on time.
- Verify invoices for accuracy and ensure correct order delivery.
- Coordinate with departments to align order fulfillment.
- Understand and follow sales schemes.
- Monitor daily stock in/out and communicate with supervisors/salesmen.
- Resolve invoicing issues promptly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and analyses as required.
Required profile
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
