About the role
The Trade Supervisor will manage daily trade activities, coordinate with customers and ensure proper product promotion and pricing updates across Yangon and Mandalay.
Key responsibilities
- Check customer orders and delivery lists, and introduce new product samples.
- Inform customers of price changes, promotions, and monthly proposals.
- Monitor expiry feedback and prepare free‑of‑charge (FOC) promotion lists.
- Manage returns of FOC items and handle listing, PG assign fees, and promotion rebates.
- Schedule and verify PG sales transactions, conduct surprise checks on PG leaders, and calculate monthly incentives.
Required profile
- University degree relevant to the field.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
- Strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics.
- High ethical standards and good conduct.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email).
- Leadership and management skills.
