About the role
Yolo Digital Myanmar is seeking a full‑time Sales & Marketing specialist to identify and engage potential clients, present the agency’s digital and offline services, and build long‑term business relationships in Mandalay.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to acquire new clients.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate campaigns with creative and technical teams, and monitor performance.
- Participate in client meetings, gather requirements, and provide regular updates.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and contribute ideas to improve service offerings.
Required profile
- Strong sales, negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Burmese, both spoken and written.
- Proven organizational and time‑management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Required skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts such as social media, SEO/SEM, online advertising and analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM, spreadsheet and presentation software, and project‑management tools.
