Corporate Planning & Operations Manager (Pharma Division)

About the role

The Corporate Planning & Operations Manager will oversee commercial, supply‑chain, budget, import, and corporate‑affairs activities for the pharma division, ensuring seamless coordination across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial operations: sales & marketing reporting, target allocation, incentive calculation, call‑management system and customer data management.
• Supply‑chain coordination: monthly supply‑chain management, purchase‑order updates, shipment tracking, outstanding payment monitoring and liaison with HQ, suppliers and partners.
• Budget & financial coordination: budget allocation, commercial expense monitoring and reporting.
• Import & regulatory administration: import‑license planning, application, tracking, documentation follow‑up and stakeholder cooperation.
• Corporate affairs & administration: internal documentation, cross‑functional coordination and corporate‑affairs related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply‑chain, finance, medicine or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, supply‑chain coordination, commercial operations or business planning.
• Strong analytical abilities, project management, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive execution.
• Fluent in English and Myanmar, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Reporting capabilities using Excel.
