About the role
The After Sales Service Manager will lead the after‑sales operations for an automotive dealer, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction, especially for EV and premium vehicles.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee overall After‑Sales Service operations.
- Manage Service Maintenance, Vehicle Preparation & PDI, and Spare Parts & Inventory.
- Ensure repair quality and improve Customer Satisfaction Index.
- Develop technical and customer service training programs for EV technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (MBA/Master's preferred).
- 5–8 years of automotive after‑sales management experience (EV/Premium brands preferred).
- Fluent in English and Myanmar.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics.
- High‑voltage battery safety expertise.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with Dealer Management Systems.
What we offer
- Salary: 30–35 Lakhs.
