Agency Management Manager

About the role

The Agency Management Manager will drive sales and recruit high‑caliber candidates to achieve key targets in Mandalay. This role leads talent development, implements sales training, and contributes to the overall agency distribution strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Establish sales and referral networks with local businesses to maximize value.
• Lead and motivate talent for agency district development and startup.
• Implement sales training and orientation programs for new hires.
• Assess the business landscape and adapt sales & promotion programs.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term business plans.
• Monitor team performance to ensure continuous growth.
• Contribute to agency distribution strategy and manage impactful projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven record of continuous growth and achievement.
• Experience in sales management, promotion, training, or senior management.
• Good understanding of business diversity and insurance product basics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership, strategic mindset, and ability to handle conflicts.
