Retail Operations Manager

About the role

The Retail Operations Manager oversees sales performance, showroom operations, people management, and operational excellence across assigned XtraSure retail showrooms. The role includes assisting in sales planning, monitoring operational data, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sales planning, organizing, and coordinating operational activities for assigned showrooms.
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze operational and sales data to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Support inventory management, stock control, and merchandising activities.
• Prepare KPI reports and performance analysis for management review.
• Supervise, coach, and support Showroom Managers, Supervisors, and sales teams.
• Conduct performance monitoring and staff development activities.
• Collaborate with Deputy Retail Head and other departments, including HR, Finance, Logistics, and Merchandising.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning while controlling costs.
