Sales Assistant

About the role

LE FERRIS, an emerging fashion brand in Myanmar, is looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join its Mandalay store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover sustainable, everyday essentials that match their style.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries and provide detailed product information.
• Process sales transactions using the point‑of‑sale system and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain a tidy, visually appealing sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Organise inventory, restock shelves and support promotional events.
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Clear communication skills in local languages and conversational English.
• Interest in sustainable fashion and brand storytelling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work weekends or holidays as needed.

Required skills

• Basic numeracy and familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems (or willingness to learn).
• Organisational skills for inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Sales techniques including product recommendation and upselling.
