Route To Market Associate

About the role

The Route To Market Associate will support the RTM & Commercial Excellence Manager in developing and implementing RTM strategies to improve sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline RTM strategy across regions, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement and continuously improve coverage, route‑to‑market, and channel strategies, including trade segmentation and route optimization.
• Validate route creation proposals, develop coverage policies, and deliver training to the field force.
• Monitor distribution performance, analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, and provide data‑driven insights.
• Develop and maintain RTM dashboards, reports, and scorecards, ensuring compliance with RTM standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales operations, route‑to‑market, or territory management within a multinational consumer goods company.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of territory, coverage, and channel management.
• Excellent English communication skills and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• ArcGIS and other analytical tools for outlet targeting and territory planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
