Territory Manager – Endo Surgery (Medical Devices)

About the role

Meril Life Sciences is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales execution for its Endo Surgery portfolio. You will be responsible for driving market penetration, surgeon adoption, and revenue growth across the assigned country.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales targets for Endo Surgery products through direct hospital coverage and distributor coordination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OT staff, KOLs, hospital procurement teams and distributors.
• Support institutional sales, tenders and large‑account opportunities, and provide case support and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with distributors on coverage, secondary sales, inventory management and training.
• Assist with new product launches, clinical workshops and in‑OT case support, working closely with marketing and clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reports and ensure compliance with Meril’s sales processes.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in medical device, surgical or healthcare sales.
• Hands‑on exposure to Endo Surgery, laparoscopic or medical capital products preferred.
• Proven ability to work with surgeons and hospital stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently.

• Comfortable operating in OT environments and supporting live cases.
