Sales & Marketing Manager (Pharmaceutical – Ethical Products)

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead commercial and ethical business operations across sales, marketing, logistics, and administration in the pharmaceutical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and commercial sales strategies, manage forecasts and revenue budgets.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the field force to achieve sales targets and optimize productivity.
• Design and execute Advertising & Promotion plans, create medical marketing collateral, and organize high‑profile medical events.
• Monitor field KPIs, assign sales targets, conduct performance reviews and provide continuous training.
• Oversee inventory control, regulatory compliance, distributor governance and prepare monthly executive sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, MBBS, B.Pharm or related medical field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience in sales and ethical promotion of pharmaceutical products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic planning and results‑driven mindset.
• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and willingness to travel.
