Sales Manager

About the role

GoodWe, a leading global PV inverter and smart energy solutions provider, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive its sales activities in Myanmar. The role combines customer acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis to expand the company’s presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and acquire new customers while maintaining long‑term relationships with existing overseas clients such as distributors, developers, EPC contractors and wholesalers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate on business and product strategies for growth.
• Coordinate technical activities for customer and project success, leveraging in‑depth product and system knowledge.
• Analyze solar PV market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to develop responsive strategies and identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Represent GoodWe at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility and build relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement within the sales organization, implement channel policies, mediate conflicts and ensure policy enforcement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 + years proven experience in solar product sales within the PV industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English and experience in international markets.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
