Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive is a senior strategic leader responsible for overseeing the entire Supply and Operations Planning function. This position ensures alignment of demand, supply, and financial plans while managing relationships with key overseas partners and sister companies.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the company’s supply chain strategy to support business goals and partner commitments.
• Oversee strategic sourcing and procurement of raw and packaging materials from overseas joint‑venture partners.
• Drive demand and order fulfillment to meet sales targets and internal demand.
• Serve as the primary liaison between local leaders and international partners, coordinating production and sales targets.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align on the supply chain plan and resolve high‑level conflicts.
• Present financial impacts of supply chain decisions, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory, and fulfillment rates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 5 years leading a robust supply chain process.
• Proven experience in international procurement, vendor relationship management, and logistics.
• Deep understanding of demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial reconciliation.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills for senior‑level influence.
