Procurement & Inbound Supply Chain Manager (Pharmaceutical)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement & Inbound Supply Chain Manager to oversee purchasing, logistics, and customs processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily purchasing activities, issue and track international Purchase Orders, and monitor overseas production schedules.
• Negotiate commercial pricing, Incoterms and payment terms with global manufacturers and maintain long‑term supplier relationships.
• Calculate freight cost structures, manage logistics budgets and track inbound shipments to avoid stockouts.
• Coordinate import and export shipments across maritime, air and land routes, and resolve transit issues promptly.
• Prepare and audit customs documentation, ensure compliance with Myanmar and Cambodia regulations, and manage import licenses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in international logistics, supply chain management or import/export, preferably in pharmaceutical distribution.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data modeling) and the MS Office suite.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and contract framing abilities.
• Practical knowledge of Trade Net processes, customs clearance structures and cost control.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
