Delivery Representative – Pharma Logistics

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Delivery Representative to manage end‑to‑end delivery of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with quality standards and local regulations while maintaining efficient route planning.

Key responsibilities

• Safely deliver healthcare products from the warehouse to customers on schedule, handling cold‑chain items and monitoring vehicle temperature.
• Plan efficient delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, and provide real‑time delivery updates.
• Verify product quantities, invoices, purchase orders and obtain signed proof of delivery.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GSDP, 5S, SOP and vehicle hygiene standards.
• Handle cash collection, reconcile invoices and manage returns, recalls or damaged goods.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and resolve delivery‑related concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in transportation, logistics or related operations; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, route planning and geographic navigation.
• Understanding of cold‑chain handling, pharma logistics and quality standards such as GMP, GSDP and ISO.
• Ability to handle cargo, cash collection and payment reconciliation.
• Strong focus on transport safety, vehicle housekeeping and clear communication.
