About the role
The Shop Manager will oversee daily operations of a retail store selling Crocs and Mango products, ensuring smooth staff coordination, stock management, and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage retail staff, including cashiers and floor employees.
- Check products before opening and closing the store.
- Monitor day‑to‑day stock in and out processes.
- Encode delivered or ordered materials and products.
- Assist customers with inquiries, suggestions, and complaints.
- Communicate sales, employee, and operational matters with the Brand manager.
- Organize and distribute staff schedules.
- Help sales staff achieve sales targets and manage different store departments.
Required profile
- Any graduate with 2‑3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a mall or shop.
- Age between 26‑35 years.
- Proficient in English and Myanmar languages.
- Strong communication skills and professional personality.
