Sales Supervisor

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead and support the sales team in Mandalay to meet defined sales targets. This role involves coaching staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, lead, and support the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Provide on‑the‑job coaching and continuous training to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver feedback and improvement plans.
• Monitor daily sales activities, analyze data and trends, and identify gaps and opportunities.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for Head Office.
• Submit sales forecasts and stock requests based on data‑driven analysis.
• Implement approved sales strategies, trade marketing promotions, and campaigns in the MDY territory.
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Business Development teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle priority customer complaints, product errors, and device usage issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred; diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing or Business Management is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑leader role.
• Experience in retail sales, cosmetics, beauty or personal care products is a plus.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales team.
• Strong leadership, team‑management and communication skills.
• Good customer service and problem‑solving abilities.
