Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive sales growth and market expansion for a child products distribution company in Yangon. The role involves achieving monthly sales targets, opening new retail outlets, and promoting products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Identify and develop new child‑product retail outlets, including both franchise and independent stores.
• Visit existing stores regularly to increase market coverage and boost sales.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and product displays in collaboration with retailers.
• Maintain strong relationships with store owners, addressing their needs promptly.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional programs.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, including store visit summaries and market activity updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and accurate cash collection.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Age between 20 and 40 years.
• Minimum two years experience in FMCG or child‑product distribution.
• Ability to travel throughout all townships of Yangon.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in sales reporting and market analysis.
