Senior Specialist, Agency Distribution Training (Pathein)

About the role

Manulife is looking for a Senior Specialist for Agency Distribution Training in Pathein. The role delivers training to the agency team, including product knowledge, agent license and sales training, and covers training needs analysis, data management, feedback and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Product Knowledge, Agent License and sales training and other required courses to the agency force.
• Carry out regular training needs analysis to review the relevance of content and improve programmes.
• Own the overall success rate of assigned training programmes.
• Prepare and analyse training data and keep it properly maintained.
• Keep training content up to date, observe current trends and techniques and share them with the team.
• Handle training assessment, feedback and performance rectification in a timely way.
• Report violations or risks found during work and propose corrections; assist the Audit Department with audit work and rectification.
• Ensure compliance with national laws, corporate ethics codes and compliance regulations, and uphold integrity and honesty.

Required profile

• University graduate with at least 5 years of training experience.
• Well-versed in the training design and implementation cycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, credibility and strong work ethics.
• Customer service oriented.

Preferred qualifications

• 3+ years of financial institution experience in a training or learning role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
