Assistant Manager, Partnership Distribution Training

About the role

Prudential is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead partnership distribution training initiatives. The role focuses on strengthening partner and internal team capabilities, enhancing sales effectiveness, and supporting sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role‑based training programs for partnership distribution teams.
• Conduct training needs analysis and manage training plans aligned with business priorities.
• Create and maintain training materials covering products, sales capabilities, compliance, and customer service standards.
• Manage assessments, certifications, attendance records, and training reports.
• Coach business teams to improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Coordinate with partner banks and internal stakeholders to ensure effective training execution.
• Monitor training effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in training, bancassurance, insurance, banking or financial services; supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Finance, Insurance or related field; professional certification a plus.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, stakeholder management, planning, problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
