About the role
SISBURMA is looking for enthusiastic Sales Representatives to work in its stores across Yangon, Pyin Oo Lwin, Nay Pyi Taw, Myitkyina and Taunggyi. You will be the main point of contact for customers, promoting the brand and driving sales.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers politely, understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain store appearance, cleanliness and organization.
- Manage stock levels, conduct inventory checks and prepare daily sales reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and resolve customer inquiries or issues.
Required profile
- Minimum education: 10th grade.
- Good appearance and strong communication skills with customers.
- Prior sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work reliably in assigned store locations.

- Full‑time employment
- Salary range: 1,000,000 – 1,200,000 MMK
