Assistant Manager, Sales Performance

About the role

Prudential is seeking a Sales Performance Lead for its bancassurance channel in Myanmar. The role drives performance excellence, leads analytics and insights, and optimizes sales effectiveness across all bancassurance channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in monitoring sales performance against targets, preparing dashboards, trackers and management reports.
• Lead development of advanced analytics models, manage enterprise‑level dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) and ensure data integrity across internal and partner systems.
• Design and govern commission, incentive and rewards frameworks, conduct simulations and ROI evaluations, and automate incentive workflows.
• Act as liaison between Sales, Finance, Technology, Compliance and Product teams, aligning goals with bank distribution leaders.
• Support implementation of performance management routines, prepare sales communication materials and promote a data‑driven culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales performance, analytics or strategic planning, preferably in insurance or banking.
• Deep understanding of bancassurance distribution models, life insurance products and financial compliance.
• Proven experience in cross‑functional projects and performance transformation initiatives.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Excel.
• Knowledge of Python or R for statistical modeling.
• Experience with CRM and incentive automation systems such as Salesforce or TCS BaNCS.
