Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will manage the overall sales performance of Yangon stores, ensuring operational excellence and supporting business growth under the guidance of the National Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor performance of all Yangon stores.
• Execute sales strategies and plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Supervise store teams to maintain high standards of customer service and sales performance.
• Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing to optimize in‑store experience.
• Ensure stock availability, proper replenishment, and inventory control in collaboration with the warehouse team.
• Handle operational issues and implement solutions to improve store efficiency.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations.

Required profile

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
