About the role
The Sales Supervisor will lead and support the sales team to achieve store and channel sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations
- Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance
- Manage inventory display, merchandising, and stock control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
- Prepare and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and warehouse departments as needed
Required profile
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sales‑driven mindset with target‑oriented performance
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Basic reporting tool knowledge
