Procurement Executive

About the role

The Procurement Executive is responsible for end‑to‑end purchasing activities that support facility operations at the Myanmar ICT Park in Hlaing Township, Yangon. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures that materials and services are sourced, ordered, and delivered in line with company policies, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers for generator spare parts, elevator components, consumables and maintenance items.
• Request, compare and analyse quotations; prepare and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of goods.
• Maintain up‑to‑date supplier records, qualifications, delivery times and product ranges.
• Negotiate terms and conditions, manage contracts and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Prepare budgets, cost‑analysis reports and documentation for audit and accounting departments.
• Oversee the Procurement Assistant and allocate tasks as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
