About the role
The Head of HR will shape and execute the organization’s human‑resource strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Reporting to senior leadership, this role drives HR transformation, talent acquisition, compensation, and learning initiatives across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and align HR growth strategies, policies and practices with corporate objectives.
- Identify and implement HR technology solutions, redesigning processes for continuous improvement.
- Lead change‑management initiatives and provide strategic HR counsel to senior management.
- Oversee talent acquisition, building a robust talent pipeline and managing recruitment channels.
- Establish wage and salary structures, conduct market pay research, and manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Direct performance‑management, employee‑relation, and engagement activities.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs, coaching, mentoring and secondments.
- Create job evaluation systems, maintain job descriptions, and supervise the annual appraisal cycle.
