About the role
The HR Manager will lead day‑to‑day human resources operations for a growing organization in Yangon, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and support workforce planning.
- Coordinate staff training, manage HR documentation and support managers on people‑related matters.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in core HR functions and previous HR leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor regulations and ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
Required skills
- HR policy development and compliance expertise.
- Proficiency with HR‑related software and standard office applications.
- Fluency in English and local languages.
