Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

Myanmar BizPartner Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to deliver HR consulting services and manage client‑related HR activities. The role involves strong client communication, recruitment coordination, and payroll support for SME and MSME clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR consulting support to clients according to agreed service packages.
• Assist clients with organization setup, HR policies, and implementation of HR services.
• Source, screen, and forward suitable CVs to clients within required timelines.
• Prepare and calculate payroll for client services and maintain accurate client records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR, recruitment or HR consulting services.
• Strong communication, customer‑service and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, meet deadlines and handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
