Assistant Manager, Organizational Development & Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager will support Carlsberg Myanmar’s Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition functions, driving initiatives that align with business objectives and enhance employee experience. This role partners with People & Culture Business Partners, hiring managers and external agencies to deliver engagement, recruitment, and learning programs.

Key responsibilities

• Support OD strategies, employee engagement surveys, DE&I, performance management and culture change initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing plans, build talent pipelines and monitor recruitment dashboards.
• Coordinate employer branding and employee engagement campaigns, create content that strengthens the EVP and support related budgeting.
• Assist in planning, delivering and evaluating L&D programs, including training logistics and talent development initiatives.
• Prepare people‑related reports and dashboards, analyse data for insights and identify process improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s or professional HR qualification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in OD, TA, employee engagement, employer branding or L&D.
• Hands‑on experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement, with exposure to branding and OD projects.
• Proficiency in English and Myanmar, both written and spoken.
• Experience with HR systems, recruitment platforms or dashboards is advantageous.
