Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR functions for the business unit in Nay Pyi Taw, ensuring effective recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. The role reports to senior leadership and collaborates across departments to align HR practices with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding and candidate experience.
• Maintain competitive compensation structures and oversee accurate payroll processing.
• Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and prepare necessary HR documents.
• Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational growth and align with senior leadership objectives.
• Oversee HR policies, programs, and HRIS administration, ensuring data accuracy and generating reports.
• Coordinate off‑boarding processes, including resignation handling, retention efforts, and exit interviews.
• Liaise with government offices such as Labor, SSB, Tax, and Ward offices for compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, people management, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Experience using HR analytics and HR software platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
