Customer Support & Driver Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support & Driver Operations Specialist to join our team in Mawlamyine. The role combines front‑line support for drivers and clients with day‑to‑day operational tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery and effective communication across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Process driver applications and verify related documentation.
• Handle official memos and requests from drivers and clients via phone and chat.
• Communicate promotions, products and campaigns to clients, encouraging engagement and orders.
• Provide on‑site assistance to drivers visiting the office.
• Conduct promotional activities and distribute advertising materials throughout the city.
• Support additional operational projects and tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Confident PC user with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, responsible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in technical support, ride‑hailing, taxi or delivery services is an advantage.

What we offer

• Probationary salary: 1,000,000 MMK per month.
• Post‑probation salary: 1,200,000 MMK per month.
