About the role
We are seeking a Training Senior Assistant to coordinate and support agent training programs, ensuring venues, materials, and communications are prepared and delivered efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule agents' training sessions in collaboration with NIIM.
- Arrange training venues and ensure all materials are ready.
- Distribute pre‑course information to agents.
- Compile participants' training objectives.
- Maintain training records and prepare related reports.
- Handle payment processes and training request requirements.
- Assist in compiling training feedback and evaluating program effectiveness.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
