Admin & HR Manager

About the role

We are urgently hiring an Admin & HR Manager to manage HR and administrative functions, supporting company growth, employee engagement, compliance, and daily operations. The role reports to the CEO & General Manager and is based in Yangon.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and company culture.
• Oversee payroll, SSB, tax, benefits, and HR compliance.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, KPI tracking, training, and employee development.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR reports.
• Manage office administration, facilities, and company events.
• Support management with HR strategies and recommendations.
• Improve HR processes through HR software and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR & Administration Manager role.
• Experience in an IT/Software/Technology company is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, labor law, and HR operations.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with HRIS/HR software is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
