Talent Acquisition Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our growing HR team. In this role you will lead recruitment efforts across multiple business units, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate recruitment activities across business units and functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Prepare job advertisements and support employer branding initiatives.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and related data.
• Collaborate with business‑unit HR partners to understand manpower requirements and provide timely recruitment support.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support centralized talent acquisition projects, workforce planning, and other HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to handle recruitment activities independently.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, sourcing platforms, and interview processes.
