Senior HR Executive

About the role

The organization is seeking a Senior HR Executive to lead human resources functions for clinical and administrative staff. This role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance within a healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for clinical and administrative positions.
• Verify staff licenses, registrations, and background information.
• Manage staff schedules, shifts, overtime, attendance, and emergency coverage.
• Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace matters.
• Support employee well‑being initiatives.
• Assist with monthly payroll, allowances, and leave records.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR documents for audits and inspections.
• Conduct new employee orientation and support performance review processes.
• Monitor staff training and required certifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare organization.
• Good knowledge of local labour laws and healthcare regulations.
• Understanding of payroll, allowances, shift schedules, and attendance management.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS systems.
• Experience with recruitment/ATS systems.

What we offer

• Salary: 7–9 Lakhs.
• Phone Bill allowance: 10,000 MMK.
• Attendance Bonus: 20,000 MMK.
• Performance Bonus: 30,000 MMK (+/-).
