System Analyst (Odoo) - ERP Implementation

About the role

Kings International School is hiring a full-time System Analyst (Odoo) in its ICT department in Thuwunna. The analyst plays a key role in implementing, optimizing and supporting Odoo ERP solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to turn operational needs into effective Odoo configurations and acting as a bridge between end users and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions in Odoo ERP, Student App and Employee App.
• Conduct gap analysis between business processes and Odoo standard features.
• Configure Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRIS, Student Management System and POS.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications.
• Work with technical developers on customization requirements.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Train end users, create user manuals, SOPs and training materials, and provide post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, recommend process improvements and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with Academic, HR, Finance and Operations teams, and work with Business Analysts on technical guidance and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• 2+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Experience in business process analysis and system implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and knowledge of Odoo modules and workflows.
• Understanding of accounting and finance, procurement and inventory management, CRM and sales, and HR processes.

Required skills

• Experience with Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts is an advantage.
