IT Systems Executive – ERP Support

About the role

The IT Systems Executive provides daily support for ERP and related IT applications across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring stable and efficient operations. The role acts as the primary technical liaison between functional users and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with functional users to resolve system issues and support integration across enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain business requirements, functional designs, and system configuration documentation.
• Provide user support, create training materials, and train new users on business applications.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, system upgrades, enhancements, and deployments.
• Monitor application stability, performance, and security, managing incidents, service requests, and changes per ITSM processes.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop practical solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT application support, ERP, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong understanding of business processes across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Myanmar.

Required skills

• ERP application support and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SQL and Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
• Automation and low‑code development tools.
• Incident, problem, change, and service request management (ITSM).
