Solutions & Systems Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions & Systems Analyst to translate business needs into practical system solutions and support users throughout implementation and daily operations. The role involves close collaboration with business users, developers, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements across departments.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, and system documentation.
• Coordinate implementation with business users, developers, and vendors.
• Support system configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, and rollout.
• Investigate application issues and coordinate their resolution.
• Deliver user training and prepare user guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reports, and system adoption.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, ERP implementation, or application support.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience working with business users and technical teams.
