Senior Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Manager leads the strategic talent acquisition function, shaping end‑to‑end hiring initiatives that attract, select and retain top talent across multiple business units. This role aligns recruitment strategy with overall business goals while overseeing a team of recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven recruitment strategies aligned with short‑term hiring needs and long‑term workforce plans.
• Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand hiring priorities, headcount forecasts and skill requirements.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing techniques, including headhunting, social sourcing, employee referrals and talent mapping for specialized, executive and high‑volume roles.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and consistent interview standards.
• Manage executive search projects and senior‑level appointments directly.
• Enhance employer branding across LinkedIn, professional networks, job fairs and social media platforms.
• Evaluate and optimise relationships with external agencies, job portals and talent vendors.
• Lead, mentor and performance‑manage a recruitment team, setting KPIs, SLAs and workload balance.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, quality‑of‑hire, offer acceptance) and produce dashboards for executive reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (SHRM‑CP/SCP, CIPD) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in strategic hiring and team leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and drive recruitment initiatives that meet business objectives.
