Public Relations and Communications Lead

About the role

The Public Relations and Communications Lead will develop and execute PR and communications strategies that support Shwe Than Lwin Group’s brand and business objectives. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Yangon and works closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, corporate announcements and speeches in Burmese and English.
• Manage media relations, coordinate interviews, and organize events.
• Oversee internal and external communication materials, including newsletters and social media content.
• Monitor public sentiment, analyze campaign performance and provide insights.
• Support crisis communication planning and manage reputational risk.

Required profile

• Strong public relations, media relations and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Burmese and English.
• Proven ability to design, implement and evaluate communication campaigns.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing or related).
• Prior senior communications or leadership role, preferably in a large or multi‑industry organization.
• Fluency in English and Myanmar language with cross‑cultural communication ability.
