About the role

The Marketing Admin – Assistant Supervisor provides essential administrative support to the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination of campaigns, events, and material management. This role assists in tracking budgets, handling purchase requisitions, and maintaining accurate marketing records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and provide administrative support.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials.
• Organize marketing events and activities.
• Track marketing budget, expenses, payments, and claims.
• Manage approval processes and document tracking.
• Handle purchase requisitions and inventory for marketing materials.
• Collect quotations and coordinate with suppliers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing administration.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
