Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

The Digital Marketing Lead will shape and execute digital strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement and brand growth for both the Bank and Digital Wallet businesses. This role oversees all digital channels, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan integrated digital campaigns for product launches, promotions and brand initiatives.
• Manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn and optimise performance.
• Lead social media strategy, monitor performance and coordinate content creation.
• Oversee website content, landing pages and app store optimisation for the Digital Wallet app.
• Track and analyse metrics such as traffic, engagement, conversions and app installs, and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with brand, product, sales and compliance teams and manage agency and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 5‑7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in banking, fintech, telecommunications or e‑commerce.
• Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and digital marketing budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with project and stakeholder management skills.
