About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan and execute online marketing initiatives that support AIMS’s immigration and relocation services. This full‑time, on‑site position in Mandalay focuses on increasing brand awareness and generating leads through strategic digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels, create and schedule engaging content.
• Run targeted digital campaigns and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and optimize strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate with consultants and relocation specialists to align messaging with service offerings.
• Maintain the company’s online presence across platforms ensuring consistent, compliant communication.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend new tactics to enhance reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in marketing roles, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Ability to work on‑site in Mandalay, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
