Senior Marketing Executive – Mandalay

About the role

The Senior Marketing Executive will lead the planning and execution of marketing activities for the Pocari Sweat brand in Mandalay. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on strengthening brand presence and supporting business growth through research, campaigns, and close collaboration with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse consumer and competitor data.
• Develop and present marketing plans, reports and performance analyses.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns and brand activations.
• Support sales initiatives and collaborate with the sales team on joint activities.
• Manage marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor competitor activities and recommend improvements.
• Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and participate in events.
• Ensure all marketing actions comply with company guidelines and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong market planning, marketing and market research abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience in FMCG or beverage industry, especially brand management or field marketing (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Mandalay, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis; familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
