Key responsibilities
- Understands the business and/or Marketing process & goals
- Support line supervisor to roll‑out the campaign plan for offline communications
- Work with external suppliers and partners to prepare and execute events
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance and procurement for payment processes
- Track merchandise stock‑in and out with up‑to‑date data
- Ensure admin tasks and records are up to date
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or current undergraduate student (any discipline)
- Fluent in English with strong written and spoken communication skills
- Careful attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work well with others and collaborate effectively in a team
- Good organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Problem‑solving ability and initiative
