Senior Specialist, Customer Experience

About the role

Manulife is hiring a Senior Specialist, Customer Experience for its Marketing team. It is a hands-on role combining marketing operations, administration and campaign execution. You will manage procurement and payment documentation end to end while supporting budgeting, engagement campaigns, merchandising and printing, product marketing and branding activities. The position is based in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute procurement documents for the Marketing Department from start to finish, with full accountability.
• Prepare payment documents for the Marketing Department from start to finish, with full accountability.
• Support budget planning and execution.
• Plan and execute marketing engagement campaigns based on assigned projects.
• Plan and execute merchandising and printing in line with brand principles and guidelines.
• Support product marketing based on product launch and campaign assignments.
• Provide branding support by checking brand guidelines for cross-functional department campaigns.
• Perform other urgent or required tasks based on business needs.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing operations, administration, procurement, payment processing or a related function.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, merchandising, printing or other marketing execution activities.
• Strong organizational, coordination and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and urgent requirements.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in budget planning or marketing expense management.
• Experience supporting product launches or product marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of brand guidelines and brand consistency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
