Brand Manager

About the role

Memories Group is hiring a strategic, digitally savvy and creatively driven Brand Manager in Yangon. The role builds brand relevance by turning brand strategy into storytelling, social media content and integrated marketing that strengthens brand resonance and delivers business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop brand positioning, messaging, identity and tone of voice, and turn business objectives into clear brand strategies
• Lead digital and social media marketing, including content plans, trend monitoring and performance optimisation
• Lead creative ideation, copywriting and visual direction, working with internal teams, agencies and vendors
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, social, ATL, BTL and experiential channels
• Maintain brand guidelines and track brand, social and campaign performance

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or a related field
• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, social media marketing or integrated marketing communications
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, luxury or consumer brands is an advantage

Required skills

• Social media strategy, content planning, digital campaign execution and performance analysis
• Copywriting, storytelling and tone of voice
• Digital platforms, engagement metrics and digital marketing best practices
• Project management and execution of multiple priorities
