Product Owner – Digital Sales Transformation

About the role

The Product Owner will join the Digital Sales Transformation Team to drive business growth by delivering unified digital solutions that optimise the customer journey and create an ecosystem of services. This role focuses on enhancing omni‑channel experiences and unlocking new value for internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a deep understanding of the ERP system and related technical processes.
• Provide training to users on new features and system changes.
• Implement system onboarding for new users and ensure proper operation flow (purchase orders, sales orders, master data, inventory, sales routing).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the ERP with other systems and build processes based on operational requirements.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, gather requirements, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate product launches for new features.
• Make timely decisions on product priorities, scope changes, and development constraints after approval.
• Continuously seek feedback to improve the product and development processes.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and technical processes.
• Experience delivering training and supporting end‑users.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to convey product vision and updates.
