Outsource Management Engineer – TowerCo Invoicing Governance

About the role

We are seeking an Outsource Management Engineer to lead TowerCo invoicing governance, ensuring accuracy, transparency and accountability across outsourcing‑related financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and cross‑check TowerCo‑related invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm that invoices match site configurations, service levels and contractual terms.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or inconsistencies in invoicing data.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, NOC and technical teams to resolve invoicing issues.
• Support governance and control of TowerCo financial processes.
• Maintain a structured, transparent approach to invoice verification and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• High integrity, accountability and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, structured and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or billing systems.
